Short description:
The Villa Godi Malinverni Garden Soundwalk is a self‑guided audio journey in ten stops through the villa’s historic gardens and park, accessed by scanning QR codes on site with personal devices and listening on headphones. Each stop presents an original track combining musical composition with soundscapes derived from on‑site field recordings—leaves, water, horse carriage and human traces—interwoven with binaurally spatialised sounds that evoke different moments in the villa’s history. Visitors can choose between narrated tracks, available in multiple languages, and a music‑only version, either following a guided story or simply immersing themselves in the acoustic character of the Palladian gardens as they move through the landscape
